Step 1: Let’s Chat
Schedule a Discovery phone call or in-person meeting (less than 20 minutes) with our Consult Team to share more about your current needs and help us understand where you are in your fitness journey. These Discovery meetings are incredibly valuable in helping us best guide you at Wheelhouse. We’ll share our training philosophy and gym culture, and review membership options so you can decide which class times best fit your schedule. We will show you the best way to get connected and to stay connected with our staff and fellow community members. Lastly, we will address any questions, concerns or hesitations you may have.
Step 2: First Workout
In your first workout at Wheelhouse, we aim to have a separate on-boarding coach assigned to just YOU. He/She will be there to assist you with making the right equipment choices, to help scale the workout and show substitutions as well. We will do what it takes to make you feel comfortable, as we know this can be an intimidating experience for some. After the workout, we will debrief and schedule your second workout.
Step 3: Train with Us
Chances are, your second workout will be completely different than your first. Your on-boarding coach will be there with you along the way. At this point, we hope you have a full understanding of our academy and various programming options. And, we hope that Wheelhouse is the perfect fit for your needs.
